Counseling Services in English
Committed to delivering counseling services to underserved individuals across Texas in collaboration with local partners. Every appointment is conducted using secure video conference technology to deliver mental healthcare services from a distance. In many cases, you can access services from your device (at home or another safe location) or one of our partner sites across the state.
We see a wide variety of presenting concerns for individuals of all ages including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- and more
Our mental health professionals represent a variety of specialties and licensure types in Texas, ranging from licensed psychologists to advanced doctoral students from programs accredited by the American Psychological Association.
The Telehealth Institute has two models of care. Embedded models (our providers working as workforce in other organizations or “we own it.”
“We own it;” these services are often free due to local, state, and federal support, and no insurance is required.
- Individual counseling

- Child/adolescent counseling
- Mindfulness group (skills group to learn techniques for relaxation and combating stress)

We currently serve:
- Residents of Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, and Washington counties.
- Established Health For All patients regardless of residence.
- Individuals connected with the Texas A&M Healthy South Texas Program.
- Individuals and family members in the farm or agricultural business are invited to participate in our Farm Hope program using the link above.
