Elizabeth Dickey

Elizabeth "Liz" Dickey, BS

Liz Dickey is the executive director of Health For All (HFA), a free clinic in Bryan, Texas, dedicated to providing health care for uninsured individuals who lack access to employer-funded insurance, cannot afford coverage, or are financially disqualified from government health care programs. Since assuming the role in November 2012, she has focused on expanding patient services, increasing volunteer engagement, and securing the funding and awareness necessary to ensure accessible health care for all in the community.

Dickey has played an enduring and indelible role in the success of the Texas A&M Telehealth Institute by ensuring that telehealth services at Health For All translate from idea into practice.

Her leadership was instrumental in meeting the metrics needed to support continued telehealth services through the Texas Medicaid 1115 Waiver, a performance-based funding initiative that required demonstrating measurable expansion of care.

That early success laid the foundation for continued collaboration, with grant funding sustained year after year to keep mental health services available and strengthen the longstanding partnership between HFA and the Telehealth Institute.

As the Executive Director leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic, Dickey has been an essential partner in the successful integration of telehealth into patient care workflows, troubleshooting barriers, and facilitating direct connections between patients and providers. She has helped scale innovations within the partnership, including placing students on-site to test integrated care models and organizing the first interprofessional huddle to advance team-based, whole-person care. Each year, she also graciously hosts students on the driving tour, providing future healthcare professionals with a firsthand understanding of community-based care.

Dickey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University, along with a communications minor from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Before transitioning to nonprofit leadership, she gained professional experience in project management, customer service, and accounts management at EspriGas, a transportation and logistics company.

Deeply committed to community service and collaboration, Dickey serves on the Workforce Solutions Board and the United Way Board and actively participates in organizations such as the Brazos Valley Health Coalition and Christ Church committees. She is also a member of the BCS Junior League, Bryan Rotary Club, and City of Bryan Toastmasters and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, the Boys and Girls Club, and the Special Olympics.

With a strong background in leadership, operations, and strategic planning, Dickey continues to drive Health For All's mission forward, ensuring that individuals in need have access to quality, compassionate health care.
